Als typischer Quereinsteiger durchlief er s\u00e4mtliche Positionen der TV-Produktion und blieb schlie\u00dflich in der Postproduktion h\u00e4ngen. Heute ist er Spezialist f\u00fcr die Nachbearbeitung, aber auch Produzent. In seinem eigenen UHD-Schnittstudio lie\u00dfen schon Kunden wie Volkswagen, Vodafone oder Karstadt (post-) produzieren, aber auch nahezu alle TV-Sender gaben und geben sich die Klinke in die Hand. Seitdem hat er auch \u00fcber 200 Beitr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr das VOX-Format Automobil (fr\u00fcher auto-motor-und-sport-tv) postproduziert. Aus dieser Jungfernfahrt als Reporter wurde bald mehr. Seine n\u00e4chsten Etappen waren das Studium der Journalistik und ein Fernsehvolontariat bei SAT1. Danach startete er als Diplomjournalist und freier Autor zumeist f\u00fcr die \u00d6ffentlich-Rechtlichen im Bereich Fernsehen und H\u00f6rfunk durch. Dazu kamen im Laufe der Jahre immer mehr Auftr\u00e4ge als Filmmacher.
